About the GM Tow Hook to Shackle Conversion Kit (88-98 C1500 | K1500)
This easy-to-install upgrade replaces your factory tow hooks with a durable d-ring shackle mount that’s easier to access and gives the front of your vehicle an eye-catching look. Rough Country’s Shackle Mount bolts directly to the frame providing the same strength and durability as your factory tow hooks to aid in recovery in any situation.

- Designed for recovery purposes ONLY.
- Designed to accommodate shackles with 7/8in size threaded pins
- Only works with aftermarket bumpers that are designed to retain factory tow hooks
- Does NOT fit models equipped with a body lift.
